Hello Bridgewood Neighbors!
We have some updates for you regarding on-going measures taken in our community in regards to COVID-19. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
**********************************************************************************************************
Foreclosures:
Foreclosures will continue to be suspended through June 2020.
**********************************************************************************************************
Finance Charges (commonly referred to as late fees):
Finance charges will not be assessed for June 2020.

Office:
The office will remain closed for right now. We are exploring measures to bring the staff back but to also continue to reduce the staff and residents’ exposure to COVID-19. The staff is still working hard from remote locations and are answering the phone and email messages. You can reach the Bridgewood office at (866) 473-2573 or [email protected] with any questions, comments, and/or concerns you may have. They are always available for immediate assistance.

Amenities:
Basketball Court: The basketball court is still closed as it is not possible to maintain social distancing while playing.
Playgrounds: The restrictions on playground use have been lifted, so the playgrounds at Liberty Field and Vollmer Lane are now open. We will be updating the signage and continuing to clean them thoroughly weekly.
Pool: As you know, earlier this year we made the difficult decision to delay the opening of the pool based upon executive orders at the national, state, and local levels to limit everyone’s possible exposure to the COVID-19 virus. Bridgewood has continued to follow each new executive order and the strict conditions placed on businesses and facilities as communities begin to carefully re-open while the pandemic remains a serious concern. It is a balancing act and we thank you for your patience. The overall health and safety of our residents, staff, and vendors is our highest priority and concern. Due to the difficulty in effectively implementing the rules, requirements, guidelines, and recommendations of the Governor’s Orders, DSHS, and the CDC, your community pool will remain closed at this time. Facilitating the monitoring of families using the pool at 25-50% capacity and the guidelines attached to this action as well as the significant increase in disinfecting and sanitizing restrooms, drinking fountains, and all high-traffic surfaces, as well as other safety measures such as enforcing social distancing restrictions, are beyond our current capability.
This difficult decision was made after consultation with experienced legal counsel. Many pools controlled by municipalities have decided to stay closed for the foreseeable future because the municipalities have not found a way to safely reopen. Bridgewood will continue to monitor and evaluate the situation as guidelines change and pledge to increase the frequency of our updates to you. We understand this is not what you wanted to hear. Your community pool was built for your enjoyment and we share your disappointment.
