Let’s all work together to keep the Bridgewood Community Pool a safe and family-friendly amenity that can remain open during the Summer heat. The Bridgewood Board of Directors would like to extend the pool season for as long as possible each Summer. However, this will not be possible if there are behavioral issues, disregard for the pool rules, and/or unauthorized entry attempts.

Pool Rules

Parents and Guardians – Please discuss the pool rules with all members of your household. Those who violate the pool rules will be asked to leave and pool access privileges may be suspended. Please remind all guests several cameras are recording the pool area and nightly patrols are completed by the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.

Access Rules:

Account must have a $0 balance a household can pick between a physical card or Brivo mobile Pass(es), not both. $30 per access card (limit one per household) – OR – $15 per Brivo Mobile Access Pass (limit two per household). Bring Payment (Check or Money Order Only) to Onsite Office at -11102 Liberty Field, San Antonio TX 78254

No one is to enter the pool after it is closed. Failure to obey this rule absolves Bridgewood Association, Inc., property and pool management company, and all others from liability and/or responsibility for any injury, loss of property, damage to property, or loss of life, due to a person’s illegal use of this facility. It also subjects the illegal user to criminal prosecution.

Authorized Users

Please remember that any agent of the Association can remove unauthorized users from any common area. An authorized user is any resident and their guest that has an active amenity access media in their possession at that time. Access media will be checked frequently to ensure that users of facilities are authorized and those without access media will be escorted off the property. Failure to obey an agent of the Association will result in the notification of law enforcement, and the unauthorized user may face criminal charges, along with possible loss of privileges to use common areas and recreational facilities – this is to protect the right of authorized users and enhance their enjoyment of the facilities.
The Association’s common areas and recreational facilities are intended for and reserved for the exclusive use of authorized members of Bridgewood Association, Inc and their guests or tenants. Authorized members must accompany guest(s) that use common areas, or recreational facilities. Again, users must have their amenity access media in their possession to use any common area or recreational facility. As a general rule, users who use any common area or facility agree that these rules are enforceable by any agent of the Association and law enforcement, failure to obey these rules will also subject the owner of such property, to have their rights of usage suspended, or revoked by the Board of Directors.

All guests must be accompanied by a resident who remains at the pool during the guest’s visit. Each household can host a maximum of up to six (6) guests.
