Dear Bridgewood Residents,
Due to the current COVID-19 issue, Bridgewood is taking several precautions to protect residents, staff, and volunteers.
The on-site office at 11102 Liberty Field, San Antonio, TX, 78254, is now closed and will be for the duration. However, office staff will be teleworking, so phone calls and email communications will be responded to, and there will be no degradation of services. The office staff can still be reached at (866) 473-2573 or service@ciramail.com. Our Head of Maintenance will be on-site but has been instructed to have minimal contact with residents and vendors.
Community Day 1 is usually scheduled for the April-May timeframe; however, in light of current events, it is now postponed until further notice.
Due to guidance that all gatherings should be canceled, the pool will be opening two-weeks later than scheduled. We will then revisit the opening date.
We think that it is fantastic that NextDoor and other social media sites are bringing Bridgewood together during this threat. We strongly encourage this cooperation and consideration among neighbors.
Please keep up with the latest health recommendations from the WHO and CDC, and if you want to help, please contact the Red Cross, San Antonio Food Bank, and other organizations that are equipped to provide necessities in this time of need.
