Our community is located in Northwest San Antonio just outside Anderson Loop 1604, between Culebra Road and Shainfield Road. We are the largest community in Bexar County comprised of approximately 2,334 homes. The Bridgewood Community is governed by a Homeowners Association, with a volunteer Board of Directors (BOD). RealManage Community Management Services provides community association management to Bridgewood. Bridgewood encompasses the following five (5) communities that collectively make up the neighborhood and Homeowners Association (HOA):
- Bridgewood
- Bridgewood Estates
- Bridgewood Villas
- Bridgewood Ranch
- Bridgewood Meadows
The community boasts various amenities. These amenities include two parks and playgrounds, a walking/running track, a swimming pool, soccer fields, a full basketball court, and picnic pavilions. Here at Bridgewood, we encourage communal bonding through our neighborhood events and recreational activities. Some of these events/activities include:
- Bridgewood Youth Soccer
- Pictures with Santa
- Community Day
- Easter Egg Hunt
- Fall Festival (National Night Out)
- Homeowners Annual Meeting
Through RealManage Community Management, Bridgewood employs an on-site Community Association Manager. The on-site office is located at the pool at 11102 Liberty Field, San Antonio, TX, 78254. Although the office is gated, you may stop by Monday – Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
There is a secured drop box located at the entrance to the building where you may drop off assessment payments or general correspondence. In the event the office is closed, please feel free to leave a note with your name, contact number, and the reason for your visit in the box and the Community Association Manager will contact you within 48 hrs. We encourage you to contact your Residential Services Group at (866) 473-2573 or service@ciramail.com with any questions, comments, and/or concerns you may have. They are always available for immediate assistance.
